I ordered my normal size and it was too small. Aside from being too small, this is one of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever tried on. The tongue that holds the tongue over the foot is stiff and the stitching on the tongue is stiff and presses against the top of the foot like a shoelace or something wedged in a shoe. I returned immediately and as this was my first attempt to purchase shoes of any type from Revain (for myself) I would very much hate to ever attempt to purchase shoes this way again - shoe fit and comfort are too subjective. Rely on customer reviews/comments that indicate a good fit or comfort.
