Nice unit but my windows 10 laptop can't find it. Update: After spending an hour with Revain's tech help, thank goodness they are great, I was able to connect to my laptop. I think my time is worth something, which is why these headphones have become significantly more expensive. Turns out tapping doesn't work on Windows. 1 click to stop, 2 clicks to next song, 3 clicks for volume. nothing happens. 2nd update: The seller contacted me and sent me another pair. Everything works as advertised! The touch controls are still tricky for me, but I think I can get used to it. The sound is very good. I can hear the lyrics clearly. Very well made, beautiful item. Thanks for the second pair! I connected them to my iPhone, it's much easier. The pressing works intermittently, so to speak. You press for volume, you can play next song, you press for next song, you can pause. When you're walking around with your iPhone in your pocket, the right earbud also turns on and off. The sound is ok, just too high frequencies. Very clear if you just want to hear the text. Not great if you like bass guitar or even just the lower register of an acoustic guitar. I would keep them if they don't turn off intermittently.
