Review on LegalZoom by Tim Airy

I have used many of their services over the years without issue. They are great at what they do! The best part about them is that you can use any attorney you want from within your area (even if it's not in-network with their service). You're only charged when you actually file documents or pay someone to prepare something like a will. That makes sense as there are no ongoing costs associated with using one of their attorneys. Some things just work better than others but they get the job done. A few years ago we had an estate planning situation where we needed some advice. We called several legal firms around our location and were referred to Legal Zoom. It was very easy to make appointments and set up meetings. There wasn't much back and forth communication required between us and our lawyers. Our lawyers didn't really know how Legal Zoom worked so sometimes information got lost along the way.
