I like that it's very easy to use online with all of your documents in one place! Their customer service has been great as well too!! The only thing i dislike about this program is there are some questions you can't ask them until after they've already created your packages which seems odd. Other than that everything else was good. I used this service to prepare my will. The customer support was excellent! They were very responsive, helpful and patient with me as I attempted to figure out how to use their service. My only regret is that they do not have an office in Maine or New Hampshire which means you are at the mercy of their shipping costs if your case needs to be filed there. There's no way around it. If you want to get something done quickly and affordably then use them. You can't go wrong. They saved us thousands

I have used many of their services over the years without issue. They are great at what they do! The best part about them is that you can use any attorney you want from within your area (even if it's not in-network with their service). You're only charged when you actually file documents or pay someone to prepare something like a will. That makes sense as there are no ongoing costs associated with using one of their attorneys.
