I used this service to get my business incorporated in Delaware when it was still new enough that there were no other services available! The process went very smoothly with their experienced staff who helped me through every step of getting everything set up correctly so we could begin operating our LLC as soon after incorporation day came around (which happened within 2 weeks).

They also provided excellent customer support throughout all stages which made them stand out from competitors at an otherwise saturated market place!! There really isn't anything about using legalzoo's team or product offerings specifically but overall they are great people/company- everyone working hard everyday trying make sure you're doing things right by your customers. This has been one less thing keeping us busy since incorporating into Delware instead if having employees do paperwork etc ourselves each month like before-- saving time & money too :).
