I used this service to prepare my will. The customer support was excellent! They were very responsive, helpful and patient with me as I attempted to figure out how to use their service. My only regret is that they do not have an office in Maine or New Hampshire which means you are at the mercy of their shipping costs if your case needs to be filed there. There's no way around it. If you want to get something done quickly and affordably then use them. You can't go wrong. They saved us thousands by preparing our Wills ahead of time so we did not need to hire a lawyer after all.
