This is nice if you value precision finishing and the black matte finish gives a stylish look. Anodized maybe? Very sharp and with a very durable feel. However, the feeding pad on the underside of the control arm on the smaller clippers was not well secured and when I took it out of its matching case, that pad fell out from above. my dresser. I attached it with a small drop of super glue. The big clippers are just as well made, but curved like nail clippers. Much of my reading encourages me to always use straight toe clippers to reduce ingrown toenail problems. If this points to help, I'll check it out; It's the pain I'm trying to avoid. The Seki Edge clippers I bought from Revain (don't know exactly when but 3 years later I guess?) helped a lot with this.
