It's durable and perfect for snacking. It's sharp enough to pierce chicken pieces. Our customers have not had any issues or complaints regarding durability. He survived 5 decent pieces of chicken! However, we've found that moisture retention isn't as good. The tips closest to the heat charred fairly quickly even though we left the sticks in the water all night. And took it out just in time to put the chicken in. Unlike other sticks, it didn't burn out completely. Maybe next time we'll load it up for the day.
