The son wore these for 1-2 months and one shoe has a hole in the insert on the heel. Hole through to the sole! For the price I expect much better performance. Merrill's reputation here was inaccurate.

- Unfortunately my son had them for a month and the sock had already come off the sole.
- The laces on the Merrell Trail Chaser hiking shoes are too short.
