I was very excited to get these chacos, my friend let me try them on to try on child size. And they fit like a charm. The only problem is that the label on the back is off center and cannot be repaired. Not a big deal, but it's tedious if you're detail-oriented. I'm debating whether or not to return for this reason and maybe I need a size up because one of my feet is half the size of the other so my toes and heels feel like they're right on the edge

The shoes run a bit big. I wear 6.5W and ordered size 4 Big Kid. Recommend 3.5 for Chacos. The strap was also incredibly long. Size 3-3.5 Big Kid would probably solve this problem. All in all a wonderful shoe that is very versatile for any occasion. Durable and comfortable material for everyday day trips and water sports!

They are perfect for hiking around waterfalls and playing on the beach. They are easy for my kids to put on and although sand sometimes gets in, they are so easy to shake out. We've tried many different water boots and found that sand still gets in (even completely trapped) but is much more difficult to get out. I also believe they will last my kids 2 years if I get a slightly larger size than needed so don't worry about the price.

The product itself is great. The problem I had was that when I ordered the shoes (12/21/19) they had a guaranteed delivery date for Christmas. Delivered on 12/31/19.

It was a little weird putting them on for the first time because it's the first sandal I've ever owned, but after a few steps I was in love. You are so comfortable! I will definitely buy more.

I liked the look and quality of this shoe. The sole was well made and supportive and the buckles were high quality and made it easy to adjust the strap. However, the front strap is not adjustable and the shoes dangle on my feet like flippers. They seemed dangerous - a dangling finger could catch on something and lead to a fall. These are made in China! Real Chacos are made in the USA! We bought 2 pairs while white water rafting in West Virginia on our honeymoon in 1995 and today they are still going strong with no glue!

I love chacos. Sometimes the only thing that can help with my plantar fasciitis. I loved them for about 2 weeks until my pup chewed on the strap. 😥

Attention buyers! These sandals were called "men's size 11" and they sent me children's sandals. I can't even fit my thumb in there! hahaha

Disappointed that the color was wrong and they have definitely been worn before. I ordered two pairs, and what should have been dark green or pastel green turned out to be light green and already out of order.

I really love these shoes but I'm disappointed because I've worn them less than 10 times and something broke in the sole and now they're uncomfortable.

The non-adjustable front straps on one sandal are noticeably longer than the other. So the shoes are not a functional pair.

I really wanted these shoes and unfortunately didn't try them on until the warm weather arrived. The straps don't wrap around the leg so I can't wear them. Sorry I missed the return window :(

Came exactly as expected. My left foot is 7.5 and my right foot is 7 so I went with the big 6 kids and they fit perfectly! A little big for my little foot but I'm still very satisfied! I also have wide feet and these are wide enough

My daughter has very wide feet. Lots of cute strappy sandals hurt her because of that. She LOVES these shoes! She also loved and wore her last pair of strappy sandals (of the same brand) until she outgrew them. She is 10 years old, petite with wide feet: size 1 was perfect to have room to grow.

I've been wearing these sandals for years, great support. My only complaint is that the strap is always too long and needs to be made shorter, but I'm sure they also need to accommodate the wider foot.

My old pair of baby chacos had thicker soles, so I didn't understand why the sole of this chaco was so flexible. Hiking and hiking in my chacos and I'd like something closer to the texture of Vibram soles where they can handle rocks underfoot.

I wear a tight eight on women and it fits perfectly, I couldn't over tighten the straps because I have Moana legs (if you know what I mean) but they were comfortable, didn't sag and my toes were free.
