I live 3 blocks from the beach so my beach chairs get a lot of use, and I carry them instead of driving. These chairs are almost perfect for my needs! They are a bit heavier than my old chair but the added features of cooler and snack bags are more than worth the weight. I no longer have to carry an extra bag of food with me! I also like the comfort and adjustability of these chairs, the headrest is an added bonus. They are well and sturdily made.My one gripe, and it's a small one, is that I had to read the instructions to figure out how to close the chairs and I had to reread them when at the beach. Thank goodness I packed them. Until I really get this action in my memory I need to see the picture to figure out closing the chair. That hasn't happened with other chairs and I'm not that old yet :DAll in all, a great chair for lazing at the beach and drinking your beverage of choice.
