Easily gets stuck and treats stay in the tunnel.

This robot has a pretty good camera and night vision. I will give However, we bought it to give lysine "treats" to one of our cats while we were on vacation (the other doesn't care for treats and gets lysine with his food). We also wanted to shake a feather toy on it for our two cats to play with and move the robot from room to room to see what they're doing. He didn't do any of that well. The issue we had with the treat dispenser was that the lysine treat is chewy and therefore contains some moisture. This robot is not designed to launch treats at all; You just fall into the tunnel shown in the photo provided and it is too shallow for this purpose. If the tunnel had been steeper it probably wouldn't have been a problem. In addition, the spring toy shifts too easily and the wheels get stuck on different floor conditions (e.g. moving from carpet to floor). linoleum or vice versa). The app was pretty easy to use and take pictures of, but in the end the robot was disappointing and we brought it back. It didn't hold a charge for long either. Oh, and the cat that was supposed to get the lysine treat got scared anyway. Fail.BTW, if you are looking for a cat camera, we would recommend the VStarcam with Laser Pointer. Even though it's not going room to room or handing out treats, our cats had fun with it, which is about half the price of this robot. It was the goalkeeper.
