You can hear your own voice when on the phone or speaking through the motorcycle's onboard communication channel. Once a big blue light came on, which stayed on even with the switch off. I charged it and everything was fixed overnight. The other one we bought did the same thing but it won't fix it. We've tried factory reset etc but it's still on when the switch is off and it doesn't work. The first Sena product I bought was junk.
