I bought 2 of these and received them today 9-11-18 and already had the bike disassembled and ready to fit a new air filter. Anyway the first photo or left to right is the new Hiflo air filter, looks the same doesn't it? So far the second photo is the new filter next to my old HONDA air filter. 3rd photo are both upside down, screen up, Hiflo in the image on the left and Honda filter on the right, HiFlo has a sort of "flakes" in the screen. The 4th photo shows the HiFlo with the material peeling off, the 2nd HiFlo I bought is also new and is underneath the other one with the Honda on the right. In the 5th photo, both filters are turned to the same side, the Honda is fully closed, NOT the HiFlo. LAST PHOTO is a piece of plastic I found in the filter itself, glad I saw it and pulled it out. The HONDA brand air filter is the BEST quality in my opinion. I installed the "better looking" of the two HiFlos when the bike was ready to be installed. But personally I'm sticking with the HONDA brand filter for now. My bike is a 2003 Gl 1800.
