good value for money, best oral care product

Do not buy this product thinking it is a traditional mouthwash. Buy it if you really know what oil pulling is. IMO it's not fair to rate this product because it doesn't know what it really is. Personally. We have used oil pulling before. We typically use organic coconut oil, which itself has antibacterial properties. This is a great thing if you have minor tooth irritation or the like. I heard about it from a friend and thought it was weird, but I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. My husband tried it when he had a mild toothache and it got better. Instead, this brand uses sesame, sunflower, and olive oils. Sesame oil is commonly used as a traditional Indian remedy to strengthen teeth, gums and jaws and prevent tooth decay and bleeding gums. Sunflower oil is a highly processed oil that causes inflammation when ingested. Of course you shouldn't ingest this oil, but it's not my favorite oil choice. Olive oil just isn't as good as other oils, although it's probably cheaper for them. I first tried it on a day when one of my back molars seemed a bit irritated. Good day to try! It seemed to help. I like the taste of ginger that lingers after spitting and rinsing. Mint doesn't bother me either. The taste of bubble gum is unacceptable to me, but that's a personal preference. Maybe it would be good for a child? Not sure. In general. This is the first pull oil blend I've used and tried and it works well. Personally, I will probably just go back to pure coconut oil in the future because the value and properties are better. For those who want something extra with the addition of cloves, myrrh and other ingredients, this is a good product. And again. Search the internet for "oil pulling" and know what you're getting into so you won't be shocked or disappointed.
