This is a really great oral care alternative. First, it seems to last longer than my regular fluoride alcohol based conditioner. I use it at night 30 minutes after brushing my teeth with regular toothpaste. I feel like it kills the bad bacteria at night. My mouth feels clean and my teeth and gums feel smooth. I've had this constant problem in my mouth. I bit the inside of my cheek while eating a while ago. It hasn't really healed yet and I keep accidentally biting into it again. It's quite expensive, but a little goes a long way! I ordered this when I lost a crown on one of my outermost molars and it cut my gums on the way out. I had to wait a week and a half for a replacement. It arrived quickly and I started using it as a mouthwash and putting a drop on my toothbrush before adding regular toothpaste. I don't know if it did something to the plaque or tartar on my teeth, but I don't have to use mouthwash as often as I used to. I have been using a product called OraMD for a number of years. It is very similar to this product, GumRx. I brush my teeth three, sometimes four times a day and use OraMD at least once instead of toothpaste, but for the past few days I've been using GumRx instead.
