Bought 3 so far. They work great. The quality could have been a little better with thicker plastic, but for the price they are good. They will work on any bumper with mounting holes for JDM (Japanese) license plates. I got one for my dad to install on his 2018 Subaru Impreza which even has JDM holes in USDM vehicles. I also bought one for my 2008 Subaru Outback to which I installed a bumper made in Japan. Finally, I just bought another one to add to a 1989 Honda CRX that I'm restoring. The Honda originally came with a dumb metal bracket, but this allows me to remove that bracket and just fit it into the JDM plate holes already in the bumper.
