Worth every penny! It's really great for a toddler from 18 months to 4-5 years! My 22 month old granddaughter loves it and is getting used to it! It definitely helps to teach you how to lose your balance on a scooter. The child controls the scooter by slightly tilting it, and the wheels rotate easily in that direction, so there are no sudden movements and falls compared to a traditional scooter.
