I love how it fits me. I’m 5’8 195 with long torso and a medium is long enough to fit everything in. The 2 Velcro straps make it more adjustable and helps bring in that lower tummy area. It doesn’t make me sweat super hard, but I do sweat in it a little. Also help with back support. Overall it’s a good waist trainer.
