I normally wear a size 16-18 and I got a 2XL and it fit ok. The material is nice and the dress is finished nicely. The neck line is supposed to sit on the top of your shoulders but it flops down pretty low on my arm. It looks awful there because the neckline isn't made to flop. So I added a hook to attach it to my bra strap and moved the bra strap over so it will sit somewhere near where it is supposed to and still not show the bra strap. Also I tried on the dress and the zipper is of such poor quality that it fell apart in my hand in 2 pieces when I tried to zip up the dress. What would I have done if this happened the day of the event? The material is slightly stretchy. So I sewed up the back of the dress. It's a little tight to pull it over my head but it works. That was easier than finding another dress. And I won't find another dress this nice for the price. Still, don't buy if you can't sew. And don't buy too close to the event. It could be too small or big because you have to guess.
