Good make-up remover
I use waterproof eyeliner and mascara. it's always a pain to remove. this stuff works best. I've found that it's best to use a makeup brush or brush and apply it directly to the makeup, leave it on for a minute and then wipe off, and it works best! No more raccoon eyes!
