This was my first experience with Bliss Makeup Melt. This makeup remover is better than anything I've tried before because it's non-greasy - I have eyelash extensions so I'm concerned that oils can damage and reduce wear. I just tried Fractionated Coconut Oil which definitely works but it stings my eyes terribly. I have very mild eczema on the lower eyelid of one eye. If I don't wash off my mascara before it starts smearing on my skin it will flare up, but ironically most cleansers will also cause a flare up, even all natural products and oils. It's been a week and so far this cleanser has been effective yet gentle. Also, my skin actually feels soft and moisturized, but not shiny.

So I have very mixed feelings. On the one hand, I like that it doesn't leave a greasy shine. On the other hand, it stings so much if you get it in your eyes! I think that's something that needs improvement because if you put something on your eyes, it shouldn't sting if you accidentally put it in. However, it removes eye makeup well and is reasonably priced for the price. I'd recommend just keeping in mind that if you accidentally get it in your eye, it will sting.

So this product works simply and clearly. I carry a ton of waterproof mascara and find myself just taking a little in my hand and rubbing it into my lashes to pretty much remove all of my makeup. Do not buy. This product was awful for my eyes, when I used it I felt like I had a chemical burn. I had to rinse my eyes for 30 minutes. I love other Bliss products but would highly recommend them. General.

I use waterproof eyeliner and mascara. it's always a pain to remove. this stuff works best. I've found that it's best to use a makeup brush or brush and apply it directly to the makeup, leave it on for a minute and then wipe off, and it works best! No more raccoon eyes!
