Effective but gentle
I have very mild eczema on the lower eyelid of one eye. If I don't wash off my mascara before it starts smearing on my skin it will flare up, but ironically most cleansers will also cause a flare up, even all natural products and oils. It's been a week and so far this cleanser has been effective yet gentle. Also, my skin actually feels soft and moisturized, but not shiny.
