Read my review: it works and does its job well

I bought it a full year ago and have been using it ever since. People who say it burns your eyes are true. It burns for about 20 seconds, maybe less, and then goes away when you use a clean makeup cloth, pad, or tissue. Again I have used this and my vision is fine, my eyes are fine and I have sensitive eyes trust me. Second, let's talk about the power of makeup removal. Folks - when you say it doesn't do anything it's probably because you apply it and then just rub it back and forth which causes 1) your lashes to lose/pull out even if you've used baby oil as a medicinal remover or real drugstore -makeup remover and 2) more eye contact. Once you've pumped a few pumps of this product onto a cotton pad (use a pad with no ridges, just flat and not curled so your lashes don't get stuck in the fibers), place it over your eyes and gently squeeze and hold for 10-15 seconds. It needs to "melt" some of your makeup so you can gently peel it off and it comes off. This method worked for me, I wear waterproof primer and waterproof mascara and have never had a problem. You must be gentle and patient during the makeup removal process. Try it, I recommend it and I only came to leave a review because I'm buying more right now. This is so much better than my Neutrogena baby oil and liquid eye makeup remover. I also don't feel any stickiness on my skin after completely wiping off the excess with a clean cotton pad.
