I ordered size 3-6 months for my 6 week old son and it fits him perfectly. 0-3 months would be fine too, but I wanted something that would last longer. The laces make it easy to stay on the child's foot, even if it is a little larger. The shoes made my newborn son look so professional and stylish. I will definitely recommend and buy again if they have other colors.
