This camera was the easiest to install! There were a total of 7 screws to install and 4 to hand tighten, that's it! No electricity or internet. Only one cable for solar panel. Pros: - No electricity required, no internet line required. - Easy to install. - Looks good for security. It's a red and blue light that flashes to let you know you're being recorded. At night, you can turn on the 4 LEDs like a spotlight when there is movement and have red and blue light flashing at the same time. The detection range is very large. The app is very easy to use. The camera has a wide range of motion and the motor to move the camera is silent. It has three night mode options: Color, which includes 4 bright LED indicators. and turns on when you move like a spotlight at night, also when you want to watch live from the app it turns on the light so you can see. The other is infrared and works well for very dark areas, but only for black and white images. Then a smart mode that toggles between the two. - Wide camera angle. - Solar panel charges it quickly. - The battery seems to last a very long time. - HD quality is legal. WiFi is limited, remember this is related to your router and how many walls the signal has to go through, not a camera bug. Mine is 15 feet from my router but goes through two thick walls and has a 60 percent signal strength, which works absolutely fine. You need a lot of data to live stream HD video, but that's your WiFi hardware, not your camera. Therefore, you need quality equipment to make it work perfectly. Should be supplied with multiple cable lengths to the solar panel for a cleaner installation. I had to coil the wire. - If you need the ability to rewind from the app, you need to buy monthly cloud storage. Otherwise, you can insert a micro SD card into the camera and view the footage on the computer when an incident occurs. Overall I would highly recommend this camera to anyone!
