These patterns are not intended for beginner knitters and are not great for a first felting project. I haven't made any of these wallets, but with forty years of knitting experience and having read a few patterns, these wallets require a lot of detailing and finishing. Also, finding the hardware (handbag clips, grommets, etc.) to complete the bag can be a problem. There are some interesting shapes and patterns for those knitters who want to get a little creative.
