Great inexpensive key. Best used with a USB 3 port. The tech support doesn't have the best knowledge of English, so I'll help them. If yours is not "plug and play" Open your computer window > open the key disk > double click on the driver file to install. The installation wizard will guide you through the entire process. Once downloaded, unplug the dongle and restart your computer > plug the dongle back into your USB drive 3 > adjust the screen in "Display Settings". Works great with no lag. I love it!
