In the 90's I had terrible acne. I got acne at the age of 10 and nothing I've used has helped. I have tried all types of products from the cheapest to the very expensive and each product either didn't work or made my skin a lot worse. Eventually I saw one of my mother's customers using the pHisoderm gel salicylic acid cleanser and decided to give it a try (I was convinced it would be an astronomical price since her customers were wealthy, but was pleasantly surprised at how much it was available ). It was the magic ticket to improving my skin. When I was in high school people thought I had clear skin because of genetics. Fast forward to adulthood and I'm still using pHisoderm. Since my skin is much drier I no longer need a salicylic acid formula so I switched to a cleansing cream and have been using it consistently for the past five years. I don't use it alone - I use an oil-based makeup remover cleansing balm first - and I use it in conjunction with my Clarisonic. My skin looks young, clear and very smooth. If pHisoderm ever stops making their products I don't know what I will do. The best return on your money.
