Exactly what we needed!
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that not only did it have built-in short leggings but it also had an adjustable waist which was very helpful as my daughter is a normal size but very petite in every way. Waist. It works great for us and was such a great deal! I am very impressed with the quality, especially considering the good price!
