The ease of use when developing new training topics, as well easy to see progress made throughout different iterations; that is not always reflected in traditional metrics such as attendance rates or completion rate for certification exams/tests (at least compared against other solutions).

It lacks customizations at both an individual user level but also across groups created within our organization - I have heard this can be addressed by using third party applications though haven't received updates since 2018 so it may no longer work like before? We've been able build out some pretty complex courses which are very flexible yet still allows us granular control over content creation even down into specific course elements e g buttons etc..
