I do appreciate that they gave me a full refund.I really wanted to love this necklace, but I'm so disappointed. It is pretty and I like that there's a long screw for the stem (which makes it less likely that it will come apart), but that's the only positives with this particular necklace. It arrived tangled and scratched on the back. The scratches were probably caused by the tangled mess bouncing around in transit. The other problem is that the loop the chain goes through isn't straight. Unfortunately, I don't have time to order another necklace before we spread my fiancé's ashes, so I decided to keep this one. Maybe this was just an isolated problem, but it's so disappointing.
