I swear these things really are magical. I had an old steam chest that smelled strongly of mold. I've tried everything, cleaning the lining, baking soda, moisturizers, even potpourri, but nothing worked and I was convinced I could never store things in them unless I wanted them to get moldy. I bought one of these as a last resort and after it sat there for a month or two the musty smell was gone! It has a very fine orange aroma, unobtrusive.
