I bought this item because I liked the "heated seat" feature. And I used it once. The heated seat was wonderful BUT. the straps to carry the chair are not fastened well and the first time I put the straps over my shoulders, they ripped. They are not sturdy enough to support the weight of the chair. This was very disappointing (and I returned the item). Another noteworthy item is the power to heat the seats. I did not realize when I purchased the chair, that I needed to separately buy a power source. This added another $25 to the purchase. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely not a convenience. The "batteries" have their own issues. They are made in China and the instruction manual included with the charging source are in poorly translated English. I had to reach out to the company (through revain) to get a better set of instructions so I knew how to properly use the item. (I know that sounds ridiculous, but there is an LED light on the charging source that blinks 4 different colors in a rapid or slow pattern. I didn't know how to interpret this because the instructions contained with the product did not include an explanation.).Overall, a GREAT idea that just needs a little improvement for sturdiness. If I had the opportunity to purchase again, I would purchase a different product. Incidentally, when the shoulder straps tore, I returned the item (as I only had possession of it for three days and used it once). I will be purchasing another, similar product and I hope for a better construction.Hope this helps you.
