Make your own for less and a better experience.

The rope is somewhat elastic which kills the point of this as a tool. You want the energy from the wrist curl to directly go into the weight being carried, not making it bounce all over. The stand that holds the weights is a joke. Remove it and just loop the rope around the weights. The carabiner is sharp btw, so make sure you don't cut the rope. The grip is not great and how the rope comes out of the center of the bar is. interesting. Just buy a rope, carabiner, and stick.

Pros
  • It’s a nice gadget for forearm workout, but you need to buy plate by yourself.
Cons
  • Three grip is much time and made out of plastic which is slippery.

Loose hand grips - my new review

This product serves one purpose and the hand grips came loose the first time I used it. I’ve taken them all the way off and will probably try to glue them on, but considering the single functionality of this item, the grips should have been applied better, or just left off. I can’t see the purpose in making them removable on purpose because with them on, they just spin as you try to rotate the bar, rendering it useless. Otherwise, it seems like a good product.

Pros
  • The quality is great.... using it will BURN your fire arms up 🤣🤣
Cons
  • Could be intimidating for some users

Helped me regain use of my hands

This roller were recommended by my Neurologist after a lengthy loss of muscle mass due to a botched cervical surgery and after the revision surgery to correct the problems created by the first. Needless to say revision was NOT by the same doctor. I had lost much of my dexterity and strength. Using this tool and other exercise options I have been able to slowly recover to a reasonable life. I recommend these highly as an excellent tool for strengthening the hands, arms and upper body.

Pros
  • Portable design enables you to take it anywhere and get a great upper body workout even when you're on-the-go
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with limited range of motion

A great buy good for me

I could have bought a weight, rope, and stick, but I like this rope and stick for the price I got it. This is awesome for anyone who wants to work on their forearm strength, and can be manipulated with different arm positions to maximize this capacity.

Pros
  • Helps to target specific areas of the forearm and wrist that aren't easily worked with other exercises
Cons
  • Could cause excessive muscle soreness in wrists and forearms

Keeps the arms and forearms toned

No need to go to a gym and pay $$ to stay in shape. I like this thing but would like it better if the grips were 2" in diameter instead of 1". What I do when I use it is wear gloves and grab the inner part of it when I turn it, which is 2x the diameter, it's easier to grip that way. The rubber grips tend to want to slip if you don't grab onto them hard enough.

Pros
  • Works perfectly
Cons
  • May not be as effective as other strength training exercises for wrists and forearms

The clip that you attach to the weight holder has dropped the weight onto the floor a few times when I try to begin rolling. I realized that it was because the clip, if not completely straight, has a tendency to just give out and let the weight go. Be more cautious than I was when using this product, otherwise you might hurt yourself. However, when it does not drop the weight, it works as it should.

Pros
  • Great for helping to prevent injuries and strengthening your grip for other activities like rock climbing, tennis, or gymnastics
Cons
  • Could cause muscle imbalances if not used in conjunction with other exercises

No problems, but do wrist curls instead.

I bought this to build up my forearms. It looks like it might do that. But as I performed the exercises, I watched my arms and saw they are just doing forearm curls. So save money and space and just forearm curl a dumbbell.

Pros
  • Convenient size allows for easy storage when not in use
Cons
  • Could be too advanced for beginners or those new to weightlifting

Gets the job done. Sort of.

Pretty cheaply made, but I can definitely feel the burn in my forearms when using the device. The grips are poorly glued on and came off within 3 uses.

Pros
  • Comes with a satisfaction guarantee, so you can buy with confidence knowing that you can return it if you're unhappy with its performance
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for advanced lifters

Does the job for my opinion

Works well, except plastic handles came loose after using a few times. I removed the plastic grips leaving the painted metal exposed, but works fine. I'm thinking of taping the handles to give a la better grip. Decent buy

Pros
  • GREAT FOR HANDS AND FOREARMS: Helps strengthening the wrists, hands and forearms as well as increasing muscle tone, ideal for athletes who are looking to improve their performances
Cons
  • Could cause muscle fatigue or soreness in the wrists and forearms

Gets the job done. Needs slight modification

Gets the job done. The grips are loose which makes it hard to use without modification. I sanded and super glued them and now they're solid.

Pros
  • Great for building forearms. So far great. No issues
Cons
  • May be difficult for beginners or those new to weightlifting

Does What It Needs To Of

The only con I have with this is that the rubber grips were not properly glued to the metal handles. I used some duct tape to hold it in place, but other than that, this is a good product

Pros
  • Works great
Cons
  • Could cause pain or discomfort in wrists or forearms if used improperly

Exactly what I expected

The grips are somewhat textured so your hands don't slip. The cord is high quality and the overall construction appears to be pretty durable. Hope to have this for a long time.

Pros
  • Hubby loved it, arrived as expected
Cons
  • Could cause strain on other muscles in the arms and shoulders

The plastic grip disconnected from the handle

The plastic grip was I am pretty sure just glued on and I use decent weight maybe like 25 - 30 and only used a handful of times the grip disconnected nad was free-floatingaround and no longer grips to the tool and I could not use it anymore and resorted to trying to manually glue it back on but nothing had worked so far.

Pros
  • As advertised; I can already feel my forearms getting stronger. Kudos!
Cons
  • Could be time-consuming to set up and use

Wanna blast your forearms to greater heights of strength? Add this equipment to your arsenal. You will be satisfied. I gave it one star for comfort! Cause with this piece turning your forearms into corded steel, there is no comfort! No pain. No GAIN!

Pros
  • Does exactly what it says it’s supposed to do. Really easy to change and add weights.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with limited upper body strength

Works as advertized

Yes the slipped on handle covers slip n spin. Remove them. Glue them. Replace them w grip tape. Works fine That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • Requires a certain level of experience to use safely and effectively

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good overall, minor deficiency.

Forearm developer was great outside of the rubber grips on the handles slipping. To prevent it, you either have to grip it extremely tight or glue them.

Pros
  • HEAVY GAUGE STEEL CONSTRUCTION: Constructed of heavy duty steel core that is highly durable and will retain peak performance even after long term heavy usage
Cons
  • May not be as effective as other methods of improving grip strength

Knot not included - quality, no big deal.

If you can tie a knot, highly recommended. One of my favorite quality statements of all time (see photo) clip was not attached, lucky the crimp was also defective and slipped off easily. A simple knot and it is a nice tool -- much better than a broom stick.

Pros
  • My wrists are huge now
Cons
  • Can be bulky and difficult to store in small workout spaces

Mine has yet to break as others have stated and I've been using it a few times a week for a few months now. The grip is a bit. odd feeling for lack of better words. Only reason it's not 5 stars.

Pros
  • Excellent quality. Nicer than what's at the gym.
Cons
  • Could lead to imbalanced muscle growth in the wrists and forearms

Great product! for my opinion

The product doesn't stretch, so I'm not sure why that's a category. It is built well, and does what it is supposed to do!I usually attach a 10 lb. weight to the bottom and roll it. I'm happy with it, and I believe you will be too!

Pros
  • Quick and easy to assemble so you can start working out right away
Cons
  • May not be as effective as other strength training exercises for the wrists and forearms

Great, durable tool for building forearm/grip strength

It's an excellent product. Only small thing is the clip is kinda small so sometimes it comes undone when you lift it to work out. I bigger more secure clip would fix this small issue.

Pros
  • 😊
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for advanced weightlifters
