I use manual blood pressure cuffs a lot. I prefer them to electronic cuffs. Before buying this one, I had went through several in a relatively short time. The dial is always breaking on the cheap ones. I eventually paid a little more for the ADC one and it is immensely better than the cheaper cuffs. It has been very durable and accurate. A great buy for the money. Rails are nice with just a few surface scratches. Bearings are not perfect and each one has a different feel to it. I cleaned an oiled them and a lot of metal shavings were in there. Definately clean these.Packaging was great and fast shipping.See full review

It's a fine case, fits well and tight, and protects the machine. I haven't had any drops since putting it on, so I don't know how well it'll hold up to that. Based on my experience this insulated screwdriver is a total disappointment. The insulation on the handle started chipping after just a few uses, which is completely unacceptable for the price.
