Bought 2 types and this one was better

I purchased this and another more expensive version on revain. I actually prefer this one over the more expensive one. This with a 5 lb plate 4x will roast your arms.

Pros
  • Pleasantly surprised by the quality. Feels really sturdy. Excited to incorporate into my home gym.
Cons
  • May not provide enough variety in a workout regimen

Better then what I used to use

I am pleased just not sure how much weight it can support before it snaps it is a rope. your bringing the weight up by. Love the idea of the thread pool middle Helps so when you roll it up it does not go all over. And the foam grips are good for grip and comfort.

Pros
  • Weight Machines
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with limited coordination

Nice, but… good for me

Gives a good workout. Four different ways to roll, hands supine or probate, each with flexion and extension. Not happy with the one thing. The nut at the very bottom comes loose and falls off after a few reps. With the removable carabiner at the top to add the weights, there’s no reason why the couldn’t weld the washer and nut at the bottom to keep them from falling off. Easy to fix, but a pain to deal with so often on the gym.

Pros
  • Id type a longer review but my wrists are sore from using this thing. Good price, works.
Cons
  • Can be expensive in comparison to other pieces of workout equipment

Great value on my review.

Durable and holds weight. Extension for whichever weight you plan to use makes this a great buy. Been using for two weeks now. No issues or quality problems.

Pros
  • Durable construction made from high-quality materials, so it is built to last
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for advanced weightlifters

Great workout but not made well

3 stars only because the handles came off and had to gorilla glue it together. This is with 20lbs attached. The workout is great for forearm but disappointed at the quality. Would've returned it but got into my workout series that involved this set so glued it back together.

Pros
  • It does what you want at a great price
Cons
  • May cause strain on wrists and forearms

Cheaply glued in my review

The textured grips are held on with the smallest amount of glue. Completely came off after a few uses. After gluing it up properly with some gorilla glue, work just fine. Manufacturer should consider not cheaping out on glue.

Pros
  • The handles unglued ... Had to gorilla glue inside
Cons
  • May be too advanced for beginners or those new to weightlifting

The rope near the handle is already starting to fray.

Definitely worth the price. The most weight I'd added to it is 15.5 lbs and tried to use it as a tricep pull down - didn't work so well. I only use it for wrist rolling and works great.

Pros
  • Works as expected!
Cons
  • Could cause irritation or discomfort in the wrists and forearms

It is a great value and works well for its function

I grew up playing baseball and used to use a mop handle, string and a weight to accomplish what this does. This is a lot easier. I can see how the foam grips may come loose, so I plan to use athletic tape or batting tape to replace it when the time comes. It is a great value and works well for its function.

Pros
  • Can be used in a gym or at home, making it perfect for those who prefer to workout in the comfort of their own space
Cons
  • Could cause excessive strain on the joints in the wrists and forearms

Cheap grip with no adhesive

The grip on the handles are cheap slip-on covers that don't even have adhesive to hold onto the metal. Mine started slipping with just 10lbs.

Pros
  • Ergonomic design ensures a comfortable and secure grip every time
Cons
  • Could be time-consuming to set up and use

I used this when I went through rehab, with my wrist, and I knew that it would be a great purchase. It has been great for me to use with my athletes, as it ensures that they will no longer have weak forearms/hands. I recommend it for any athlete, or anyone wanting to have stronger forearms and hands!

Pros
  • Provides a low-impact workout that is easy on your joints and muscles
Cons
  • May not provide enough variety in a workout regimen

Sturdy, Durable, Good Grip

Rope is just a little too thick for winding up during use. Doesn't want to coil smoothly. But product is sound! Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Good for Wrist Exercise...
Cons
  • Could cause fatigue in the wrists and forearms, leading to decreased grip strength and overall performance

This product is just "okay". It has a couple issue, which I think are probably the same in any of the forearm blasters that look like this one, I believe they are sold under different names. First, after repeated use for a couple months, the grips start to slip a bit-- not a huge deal. Second, and this one is more important so that you don't get hurt.Make sure you check the nut on the bottom that holds the weights on before each use to ensure it's tight. For some reason it has a…

Pros
  • Great for rehabilitating weakened or injured wrist and forearm muscles
Cons
  • Could cause irritation or discomfort in the wrists and forearms

Great & built to Last

high quality materials with this piece of equipment. I love this for forearm work outs. Great addition to a gym or just to keep around in the home.I got the rope cord (a bit cheaper in price), when raveling the cord up it requires a bit of movement for it to lay flat VS if you bought the strap, that you can simple ravel up and there won't require any additional movement.not a big deal for me, doesn't effect the product in my eyes.

Pros
  • Suitable for both men and women of all ages
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with arthritis or other joint conditions

Works great: my feedback

Works great, unfortunately the plastic cover on the handle broke but i just use the metal handles since im not a sissy Could lead to overuse injuries in wrists and forearms!

Pros
  • Good quality and a good addition to your home gym.
Cons
  • Could lead to overuse injuries in wrists and forearms

Sturdy Enough Roller Does the Job

Product is effective in targeting forearms. The loadable anchor is sturdy enough. I have been using 1-inch diameter plates, which I would recommend if possible, so that there is not a lot of listing if the weight shifts. My only negative criticism is that one of the handles is not in a fixed position and will rotate slightly as you perform your rolling motion. The give is not enough to make me regret purchasing and can be solved with liquid glue.

Pros
  • It's great and hits both sides of the forearms muscles (mainly the flexors I think)
Cons
  • Requires additional weights to use effectively

Well made and comfortable

A wrist roller adds alternative and practical exercises for the hands and forearms. I'm happy with the quality of this one.

Pros
  • Adjustable design accommodates both standard and Olympic weight plates, making it incredibly versatile for different levels of resistance
Cons
  • Could cause strain on the wrist or forearm tendons

Great for the $ on my review.

This is great for your average joe who wants something to work out the forearms at home. The grips are alright, it's more of a soft foam handle, which didn't last too long after 20 or 30 uses, but it's nice to have versus the metal, or wooden ones, although arguably less durable. For myself, I only max this out at 15lb or so. As for the cord that holds the weight, it's a lightweight rope with some extra stretch. At first it started to stretch out bit-by-bit, but it eventually reached its max…

Pros
  • PREMIUM PVC HANDLE: Features a tear-resistant, high density PVC handle to minimize your hand fatigue and provide a better, firm, secure grip while working ou
Cons
  • May not be effective for building muscle size, only strength

Replace the carabiner and it works great

The carabiner broke the first use. Other than that I’ve used it for a few months now with heavy daily use and it’s worked awesome. Just had to replace carabiner but this things works great and has done a lot of good for my forearm gains

Pros
  • Works great!!! Nice grips!!! I’m very happy with it. Highly recommend it!!!
Cons
  • Could cause muscle imbalances if not used in conjunction with other exercises

Didn't come with metal piece for weight.

Item didn't come with metal piece to attach a weight to. So I just use the cord and clip it around a medicine ball. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Good product.
Cons
  • May pose a risk of injury if not used with proper form

Grips Need Superglue

Tested this product with 10lbs and the grips slipped instantly even with a tight squeeze on the handles. I removed the grips by hand and coated the metal pipes with gorilla glue. I let set overnight and the grips didn't move at all. An alternative might be removing the grips and replacing them with tighter bicycle grips. After the glue the product is fine but it should come with some type of adhesive to hold them on to prevent the total slip out it came with. Three stars because it needed…

Pros
  • Product is as good as the picture describes.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with limited mobility
