A great buy good for me

I could have bought a weight, rope, and stick, but I like this rope and stick for the price I got it. This is awesome for anyone who wants to work on their forearm strength, and can be manipulated with different arm positions to maximize this capacity.

Helps to target specific areas of the forearm and wrist that aren't easily worked with other exercises
