They were in very poor condition and had not been maintained for over a year. I started by soaking my feet in warm water for 30 minutes and then tried this callus remover. It was FAILURE. It didn't do anything at all...it just stopped working when I pressed it. I planned this in advance and brought a handy rasp for this pedicure. When my legs were ready for the treatment, I used my Colossal Leg Rasp (see link below) and got to work. Finally, I used Adamstar Foot File Callus Remover to smooth and finish the skin.
