[Update] Just terrible for the wet on wet method after prolonged use. As I mentioned before, the tape is tearing it up like crazy. It cannot handle an erasure, even a slight one. When I paint wet-on-wet, my brush destroys the paper after the third layer. I don't have this problem with the other two watercolor papers I bought. Since it's comparable in price to Canson paper, it's not worth it. I'm new to watercolor but bought 3 different papers. The colors on this paper look beautiful compared to others. However, this paper is not very durable. If you use tape at all it will tear the paper like crazy. There is very little pressure on the ribbon, you pull it up and a lot of paper comes out. I've glued Canson watercolor paper and Strathmore Visual Journal watercolor paper and haven't had this problem at all. It's probably worth noting that all of these papers also weigh 140 pounds. That being said, I wouldn't use this document for things I plan to put a lot of work/effort into. It's a lot of paper for the price, making it a decent option for drawing.
