For comparison I'm 5'11, 160 lbs, wear 6/8 bottom and medium/large top (36B/34C). But I ordered a large bikini bottom based on the ratings/comments I read. They fit well although they were a bit loose at the waist as they were above the navel. The cheek piece was medium sized and not as small as some of the other customers - mine came as advertised. The fit was perfect, not too loose, not too tight so there was no top of the muffins, no flesh sticking out through holes in the sides. I would definitely recommend these bikini bottoms to anyone looking for the confidence to wear two pieces.
