Flaws: Can't take the hood off and uhhh. That's all. Pros: MANY POCKETS for skiers! All of them are fairly well protected but still easily accessible. Waterproof/snow seems good so far (after four days on the slopes). Jacket alone but great on the SoCal and NorCal slopes. If you're going to a colder place, you'll need layers. Not bulky, I have good freedom of movement in this thing. But hey, I wear this with a long sleeve t-shirt at Snow Summit and it's perfect. Plus it was at a very good price.
