Disappointing Brass Street Elbow Fails

Industrial and Scientific equipment is supposed to be reliable and efficient. Using this product, our team found that it was neither. The threading was inconsistent and caused leaks. After several attempts to get it to seal properly, we had to replace it with a different brand. The only positive aspect was the appearance and weight of the product. Overall, a frustrating purchase that did not meet our expectations.

Started, works, does not flow.

Connects to my retractable air hose reel so the connector faces down towards the compressor and prevents the air hose from twisting due to gravity. Works great. No leaks.

Brass Fitting

Used in the compressor originally used black iron it rusted so these brass fittings were replaced they are hard to find and it was exactly as described. I'm not sure what warmth, thickness and transparency have to do with a brass fitting, but they should be 5 points.
