I love these pens! I buy 3 pieces for all my toilets. Pros: Installation was easy. Looks nice. Cons: All three toilets are now constantly on and need to be adjusted after use. The handles need constant adjustment because they move but aren't flush so you have to tighten the plastic nut all the time. This handle is only for toilets that use a chain or long piece of rubber to raise the plunger, not for toilets with a long handle that goes through a hole attached to the plunger. I need to buy a chain to attach it to. The handle sticks out a little and the seat and lid move up and down, which can cause them to fall off.
