I've never heard of Pudolla but it has good reviews. I tried them and was not disappointed. Fits very well. I bought the small and I usually wear the medium. However, they fit well. So as not to be tight at the waist. Appears to be good quality. I washed them once to see how they would look in the washer and dryer. No problem. I haven't worn them to the gym so I'm not sure how they will fare but I don't see any issues with wearing them to the gym. They're a little short. We wore shorter track shorts in high school. One thing though, the lining is good and offers good support, except that I show the outline of my penis a bit. That doesn't really bother me. Overall they are a good buy. I might even buy another pair in a different color.
