I don't actually use it as a feeding bowl but as a toy for my Arabian gelding who loves tossing things around and into the neighbor's paddock. This feeder bowl is just right for sprinkling and FortexFortiflex gets the job done. Also the nearby fjord has learned to play with them and will eventually throw them back to the gelding to keep the game going so there is a lot of action in this feeder. He endured this for several months and is still whole. I try to take some supplements with me, just in case. If you need a dog or horse feeder, I bet it will last for years.
