It's made for girls but I'm an adult and wanted a light, comfortable, flowy skirt and it's perfect! It has an elastic top that can be folded or not. I wear mine fully unfolded for added length. (See photo with shirt tucked in for reference) I will be wearing something underneath 90% of the time - tights or even biker shorts. A little gust of wind would give the witnesses a real show without the extra shift! Overall I love this skirt. Comfortable, versatile, cute, great for $.
