Review on SpringBIG by Jerry Estrada

The ability in which I can create my own campaign, edit them as needed then send it off into action! There are so many different ways one could use this service but if i had specific needs not listed here there was always someone able/willing enought help me get what we wanted done! Nothing really stands out at first glance however once used they become very user friendly (even though some things require training).

My main concern right now would be how easy or hard their support team responds when problems arise due from technical difficulties etc.. It's an excellent tool overall just make sure before purchasing anything else ask questions about any issues encountered during implementation because most likely those same people will work closely alongside solving said issue(s).
