Perfect device; Exactly what I was looking for. My first WAH dial pad was the Plantronics T110 and trying to use a cheaper product after using this one was highly unsatisfactory. It's a nondescript phone, but I like its simplicity — no distractions, no frills; You use this phone for a purpose and it does the job perfectly. You can take it for granted, and its simplicity and reliability mean it fades into the background while you get the job done. Perfect. My only complaint is that this particular listing does not include a headset and is overpriced in my opinion. However, this was my FOURTH attempt to buy - one seller simply canceled my order and another sent me the wrong item TWICE. So I paid more than I thought I should have. But at least I actually got what I ordered.
