I wanted to like this cable but honestly the strain relief at both ends is gigantic and heavy. I bought this to get an extra 10" of headphone length at the gym when connected to a trainer. The intention wasn't to rip the headphones out of my ears when I get on my bike etc. Instead, the strain relief on the 3.5mm jack is so heavy that it uncomfortably pulls the entire cable down, which too Strain on my ears, which start to suck heavily during a 50 minute run. The whole thing should weigh a few grams, not a few ounces. It's like hanging a lead weight in the middle of a headphone cord.
